    The rooms available share a wall so would be ideal for a family with kid(s) in one room and parents in the other. Rent is $725 per room and includes utilities such as Starlink internet, wood + oil heat, a purified well water system. I believe living with people not related to me is fundamental to our wellbeing in these times (and all times, really).     The Neighborhood
    We are a group of four adults and two kids (1.5 and 5 years old) living in a cooperatively-owned house on 4.5 acres just outside downtown Belfast. Being a Cooperative means that we are member owned and governed. We share things like a kitchen, governance, housekeeping, conflict mediation, gardening, regular connection, meetings and event hosting. Our core philosophy is that living more interdependently — through all of its joys and challenges — will help create the world we want to live in.
