Ideal Guest
My ideal guest is a female who is clean, respectful of me and the house. She should be serious about the reason she is here in Boston - meaning you are serious with your studies etc. Student must be willing to take a turn cleaning as the home owner also cleans the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. Student or roommate must be clean and must clean up common areas after every use. There are no dirty dishes overnight in the sink, and the bare minimum of keeping a common space clean at all times is expected.

My neighborhood is close to the T. Fields Corner (Red Line), supermarkets, banks, buses, restaurants, and library all within a 5 minute walk from my home.
