The house is filled with windows allowing lots of natural light. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a sitting room and a family room, where I spend most of my time at.

It's really close to shopping like Fred Meyer, Whole Foods and a couple of restaurants and cafés.
Walking distance to grocery stores and the bus line.
There is also an activity and sports center (swimming pool, stadium and fields within less than a 10-min walk!
