There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor, available for you to choose from. This is a lovely house in Newton Highlands with full bath private for you. The rest of the house is also available to you.

Personable, communicative, a good listener, likes to be at home, fully vaccinated for COVID-19, clean, doesn't smoke, doesn't mind relatives visiting with their dog. Ideally, the guest would have some health or mental health care background meaning they are empathic or helpful with a 97 year old man. A plus if they are handy with tools and interested in science and able to chat with this often quite interesting man. He has daytime caregivers so we are looking for a responsible housemate.

First floor is wheelchair friendly but not ADA. There is a bathroom on every floor. Marty uses a chair lift to second floor. Available bedrooms are on the second or third floor. Private bathroom is on the third floor.
